Returns Process

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email at info@kusulucrafts.com notifying you that we have received your returned item.
  5. We will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
